19. Many parrots may live more than 70 years. Are you ready to take responsibility for the animal you
adopt for its entire life? What provisions will you make to assure it is taken care of after you or the
primary care-giver dies or is no longer able to care for it?

22. It is not uncommon that a parrot will bond with only one member of your home, and show aggression to
other members of your home. Would this pose a problem in your home?  Why?
23. What kind of traits are you looking for in a parrot?  Are you willing to adopt a handicapped, non-perfect parrot  
or one that still needs work do to minor behavioral problems? Many rescues may never want to be physically
handled but still make great companions, talk, play and need love too, is this okay? Explain

28. How many hours a day are you or your partner away from home?  How many hours do you plan on having the
bird out of the cage or socialize with your new pet?
